  • We accept the following PPO plans: Blue Shield and Cigna.

  • We are out of network providers for Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, United Healthcare, and Healthnet.

  • We are not providers for the following HMO networks: Hills Physicians, Kaiser and Brown and Toland.

  • We offer affordable self pay rate options.

  • We accept Medicare patients and Health Plan of San Mateo (Care Advantage plan only.)

  • We also accept workers compensation claims but must verify with your individual company.
